This was a remodel project in a brand new home. Some builders are great to work with, others refuse to allow anyone but their own employees into a housing project before escrow closes. Sometimes we have to end up tearing out new material from what in essence is a non-functional closet. Save yourself some money and/or hassle by asking your builder to paint the closet but leave it empty if you're working with us or any other closet company!

Notice the cedar lined cabinet above the drawers. this is being use for their wool suits and jackets and can be very practical. Cabinet includes a locking jewelry drawer. Notice the box-like belt/tie drawer in the lower left.
