Material is A quality 1/2" thick, 5-ply wood veneer plywood.  Base price is for unstained tiles, basically cut, edges beveled and sanded and ready for on-site staining and finishing or natural installation.

We manufacture many types of ceiling panels, including a full line of wood tiles.  The ceiling tile price will depend on whether you want the tiles left unstained or if you want us to do the staining.  Please note that we do not do any clear-coats or final finish, although the tiles look great with just the stain and have a matt look.   Please select the options from above. Standard sizes are: 2'x2' (23-5/8"x 23-5/8" cut size) or 2'x4' (23-5/8"x 47-5/8" cut size). We recommend that these tiles be used in a standard suspended ceiling grid.  If buyer applies directly to ceiling, buyer takes full responsibility for proper anchoring  (gluing/nailing) 

Custom sizes are available upon request.  Several veneer species to select from, including Red Oak, Birch, Maple, Cherry, and Walnut. We also make Cedar tiles (unstained and no finish coat to retain the cedar look and smell).

Sizes & Colors:
We manufacture these tiles to your specifications, and our custom wood ceiling tiles come in two standard sizes for drop-in application for 2'x2' and 2'x4' grids. Actual size is a little smaller to accommodate the installation. They are also available in custom sizes, so simply specify when calling us.  They are available completely unstained as well as in many standard wood stain colors as well as the custom colors.   FYI - If you have a 2x4 grid ceiling, but like the look of the 2x2 ceiling grid tiles better, you can insert a 2' center T bar available from us at $2.00 each insert (standard 1" T-bar dividers are available from us or from most local hardware stores...it's easy to convert your 2x4 into a 2x2 look!

Custom order 50% Return & Refund Policy:
Because our wood tiles are made specific to your order, our return policy for custom-ordered ceiling tiles is different than our standard return policy. When returning any portion of your order of custom these tiles for a refund, you must 1)  first obtain a refund authorization explaining the reason for your return,  2) properly crate and return unused items in their original condition (no cuts, nails, glue, etc), 3) you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and 4) your refund will be limited to 50% of the pro-rata purchase price of the tiles properly returned.   These tiles are custom made based on the order you give us, and we have no idea if and when we will ever resell returned items.  Therefore,  please take advantage of our color samples and all the information provided to assist you in deciding which tiles to order...and be sure when you order them that these tiles are what you want.  

Shipping Rates and Minimum Order:
We provide free shipping on orders of at least 8 tiles.  If you want to order less than the minimum 8 ceiling tiles please call us at 1-800-419-1130 and we will be happy to assist you with the order.  However, for orders less than the 8 tiles shipping is not included and we will charge the actual shipping cost plus a surcharge of 25% per tile.  If you wish to view species and stains prior to your order, please order samples!
