The ProSeries Duraclean tile is one of our TOP SELLERS for restaurants, clean rooms, daycares, medical facilities and just about anywhere that needs a washable, non-porous tile. Made of Vinyl and only .15” thick, this tile is easy to work with and boasts a Class A Fire Rating. These tiles also comply with FDA regulations for use in food preparation and food processing areas making them ideal for any commercial kitchen.

Please Note: Before installing, acclimate the ceiling tiles to the room environment for at least 72 hours. Be sure to store the ceiling tiles by stacking them flat and not on their edges. Do not lean the tiles vertically against the wall. This can cause the tiles to bend and not lay flat in the grid.

Our tiles are designed to be used in a standard, 15/16” grid system. Whether replacing older tiles currently in place, or putting the new tiles in the grid for the first time, installation is a snap! Older tiles should be carefully lifted out of the grid, but use caution, as wet fiber tiles may crumble apart during the removal process. Once the grid is free of the old tiles, the new tiles should fit right in place with little to no effort. If adjustments are necessary to accommodate for size of space, simply score a line on the tile with a box cutter to mark where the tile should be cut to fit into the available space. Tin-snips are recommended for cutting the tile to allow for lights and fire sprinkler systems.
Why deal with unsightly, stained ceiling tiles, when you can easily clean our tiles? Simply remove the tiles from the grid and use soap and water to wash the tile surface. If you are unsure on whether a particular cleaning product is safe to use on our tiles, please test a small, inconspicuous area. Please avoid using any products that haven't been tested for compatibility, to avoid possibly ruining the tiles, thus voiding the fire rating, warranty, and return policy.
